There will be several meditation sessions that will connect you to your breath and the Himalayan crisp air during the Everest Base Camp Yoga Tour. Your trek begins from Namche to Kala Patthar and returns back to where you started. While trekking, you will have opportunities/experience of wildlife, nature, culture of different places. The photographic opportunities are limitless inspiring views like Khumbu Glacier, Everest and Nuptse, alpine scrub and junipers of the Sherpa region, and the pine forests and rhododendron flowers of the valleys. Those pictures taken will make you relive while on the way home. You will make your way through alpine forest, glacial rivers, waterfalls, stony trails, mountains and monasteries to a Kala Patthar from where a 360-degree good view of mountains including Mt. Everest. Then you will head back to Lukla to Kathmandu after achieving your target to Everest base camp (5400 meters) and Kala Patthar.This wonderful mixture of trekking and yoga is an amazing opportunity for people seeking peace and freedom within themselves, As this trip will surely help them find the answer. Details Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu and transfer to hotel

The representative welcomes you upon your arrival at the airport. They will pick you up and provide a private car to take you to your hotel at 18:00 for briefing about your yoga trek. Meet your guide dinner and overnight.

-Day 2: Kathmandu sightseeing and 1-hour evening yoga

After breakfast guide will take you heritage site tour to Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swayambunath, and Kathmandu Dunbar square. Their knowledgeable guides will tell you all about the historical and cultural significance of each spot. Spend your evening as wish, if you need some equipment you can buy the final preparation dinner overnight

Day 3: Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2651 m), 30 minutes flight, 3 hours trek 

Early morning as per the flight schedule they take you to the domestic airport arrive at Lukla breakfast and start on the lovely trail. The route passes Sherpa villages and everything that comes with that – including their fields of crops and Tibetan Buddhist monuments. When you reach enjoy an enchanting view of Phakding, Kusumkangurul, and other mountains lunch on the way. One hour meditation and yoga with a briefing for next day dinner and overnight

Day 4: Trek to Namche bazaar (3450 m), 7 hours 

After breakfast start the trek on the first full day of your trek, the trail climbs through pine and rhododendron forests. After completing the formalities of the time check process again start the national park and the Dudhkoshi as it goes higher in elevation. Before Namche bazaar, mount Everest pops into view and makes the scene even more magnificent. Evening yoga meditation talks about the next day's dinner overnight at the guest house. 

Day 5: Rest day (acclimatization day) in Namche bazaar

You pass the day just letting your body adjust to the change in altitude. The wears on your body, so they try to prevent problems by slowly ascending. As the saying goes, "Climb high, sleep low." Climb up to Khumjung and visit the Sagarmatha national park museum. From this spot, they have awesome views of Everest, Lhotse, Nuptse, and Amadablam. Then, spend time exploring Namche bazaar, explore around Namche there is a lot to see today. Evening 5 to 6 pm dinner overnight.

Day 6: Trek to Tengboche (3864 m)

Yoga and pranayama then breakfast. Trek to Khumjung and admire the stunning views. Carry on until Phungithanga, where the trail splits. One way goes to Gokyo and the other to Everest base camp. They take the one to Everest base camp, which goes uphill. Pine and rhododendron forests surround us. After a little while, they arrive at Intengboche, where there is a large monastery. Evening one-hour nature yoga dinner overnight at guest house.

Day 7: Trek to Dingboche (4415 m)

After finishing yoga and then breakfast today is much different than other day scenery happens today. You move past the tree line into the barren, rocky alpine area. During the trek, you enjoy dramatic mountain vistas, including views of Everest, Lhotse, and Amadablam. After passing the Imja River, you reach Pangboche, a beautiful spot to have lunch. Further along, the Imja valley lies Dingboche, one final ascent. Yoga as usual dinner overnight.

Day 8: Trek to Lobuche (4930 m)

Wake up early start yoga one hour breakfast continue trekking higher and higher you go, up to Lobuche. Distance-wise, it is not too far. However, the high altitude makes it hard on you. To Thukla, the trail is relatively even. You can have lunch here and give yourself energy. Make a final push to Lobuche and enjoy the stunning views. Feel tired yoga one-hour dinner overnight. 

Day 9: Trek to Everest base camp (5345 m) via Gorakshep and back to Gorakshep (5184 m)

Wake up and continue yoga breakfast start trekking to Everest base camp today! Ascend first to Gorakshep, stopping at your guest house to drop off your bags. With your day packs, you push to base camp along a steep and rocky trail. Shoot some photographs and the moment of being at this historical place. Check out the khumbu icefall, mt. Khumbutse and pumori. When you are ready, you descend back to Gorakshep. One-hour meditation dinner overnight.

Day 10: Trek to Kala Patthar (5545 m) and trek down to Pheriche (4371 m)

After completing a one-hour yoga breakfast start trek gets even better today as you head to kala patthar – the best place to view mount Everest. It’s a bit difficult getting there, but it is totally worth it. Besides Everest, you can see many more magnificent peaks. Then, descend all the way to Pheriche. Dinner overnight.

Day 11: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3450 m) 

After breakfast, keep moving down towards Namche Bazaar. On the same trail, you get to see all the beauty a second time. Take some time to revisit Tengboche Monastery and explore your time in Namche Bazar for dinner overnight.

-Day 12: Trek to Lukla (2900 m)

Today is the last day on the trail that takes you back to Lukla. Enjoy the last of the mountain views. Walk over six high-suspension bridges before reaching Lukla. Also, enjoy the last moments in typical sherpa settlements. Stop in Phakding for lunch and then hike for a couple more hours to Lukla. Overnight at the guest house. 

Day 13: Fly to Kathmandu (trek ends) 

Transfer to your hotel - evening at 17:00. at 19:00, there is Ayurveda massage and at 19:00 there will be farewell dinner with culture program share your experience about your yoga trek.

Day 14

After breakfast drop to the airport or extension your holiday.

Day 1 : Fly to Lukla and trek to Phakding (2,640m) Duration: 4-5 hours.

Our Yoga adventure begins after arriving at  Airport at Lukla and then trekking to Phakding. Our trek takes us through Chaurikharka Village before ascending to Dudh Koshi Ghat (2,530m/8,300ft) then on to Lukla and on to Phakding. At Phakding we will visit Rimishung Monastery. Overnight at Phakding. 

Day 2 : Phakding to Namche Bazaar (3,440m) Duration: 5-6 hours.

Today we trek through the valley with the Dudh Kosi River at our side. On several occasions, you cross the Dudh Kosi River on suspension bridges before climbing higher before reaching the small village of Jorsale in the Khumbu region – just south of Namche Bazaar. After a two hour trek, you will finally reach Namche with some fascinating views along the way, including some spectacular views of captivating Mt. Everest (Sagamartha in Nepali). You enter the Sagarmatha National Park at Jorsale where authorities will check your license. Continuing on for another 5 or 6 hours of fairly hard going we arrive at Namche Bazaar. 

Day 3 : Namche Bazaar to Tengboche (3,860 m) Duration: 5-6 hours.

The fairly even ground trek, taking around 5 hours, to Tengboche zigzags, taking us past many valleys before arriving at Kenjoma, where it connects with the path from Khumjung just before passing many Mani stones (stones inscribed with sacred Buddhist prayers). The views of Everest and Mt. Ama Dablam are nothing short of breath-taking along this section of the trek. We pass the small village of Sanasa from where the path descends to Phunki Thanga (3250m) before a steep ascent through pine forests while passing more Mani stones as the trail hugs the slope before reaching Tengboche (3870m). Tengboche is famous for its sublime views of many of the world’s tallest peaks, such as Kwangde (6187m), Tawachee (6542m), Everest, Nuptse, Lhotse (8501m), Amadablam, Kantega, and Thamserku. Tonight we stay at Tengboche.

Day 4 : Trek to Dingboche (4,410 m) Duration: 3-4 hours.

Today we head downhill on a 3 to 4-hour trek passing through forests before crossing the Imja Khola passing through the village of Pangboche, memorable for its fields encompassed by rock walls. Tonight we stay at Dingboche. 

Day 5 : Trek to Lobuche

 (4,940 m) Duration: 5-6 hours.

Today’s trek passes many Chortens (Tibetan shrines & tombs) taking around 1.5 hours before reaching the village of Thugla (4600m) where we have lunch at its tea house. After lunch, we head towards some towering peaks, such as Mt Pumori (7161m) and Mt. Nuptse (7861m) before reaching Lobuche Village (4940m). We then pass through an open valley before arriving at Thukla after leaving the Pheriche Aid Post at Pheriche (4371m). The aid post is manned during the peak trekking seasons We then descend to the yak pastures of the small settlement of Lobuche. Today's trek will take around 5 hours. Tonight we stay at Lobuche.

Day 6 : Trek to Gorak Shep (5,180m) and Everest Base Camp (5,364 m) Duration: 6-7 hours.

Day 7 : Trek to Kala Pathar and back to Pheriche (4,371 m) Duration: 6-7 hours.

The early morning trek to Kalapathar (5550m) from Gorakshep will take around two hours. After a short climb to Kalapathar, you will have uninterrupted views of Everest and other towering peaks. The magnificent photos of Everest seen on the internet are taken from this vantage point. From here we head down to Gorakshep, a fairly easy downhill trek. At Gorkashep we stop for tea and a snack before continuing on our descent to Pheriche. After accomplishing your goal of reaching EBC and experiencing high altitude climbing, you will sleep soundly at Pheriche. Today’s trek will take between 6 to 7 hours.

Day 8 : Trek to Namche Bazaar (3,440 m) Duration: 5-6 hours.

Leaving Debuche, we take a fairly easy trek for around 30 minutes before reaching Tengboche and then descend to Phunkithanga (3200m). Our final trek is to Namche where we can celebrate our success and reminisce sharing the highlights. This is also your last opportunity to appreciate the beauty of these towering peaks. At Namche you can reconnect via the internet with the outside world, visit the bread shop and maybe hang out at a bar!

Day 9 : Trek back to Lukla (2,860m) Duration: 6-7 hours.

It is a fairly long day with a 7-hour trek from Namche to Lukla, which is mostly downhill with several sections of level ground. We leave the Sagamartha National Park and eventually reach Lukla where we stay overnight.

Day 10 : Fly to Kathmandu from Lukla & Transfer to hotel.

Our morning flight will have us reach Kathmandu in around 30 minutes. During the flight, you will have a birds-eye view of many of the world’s soaring peaks in the Himalaya Ranges. Your guide will escort you from the airport to your hotel.
