Day 1
*Yoga and Trek will pick you up from the airport and transfer you to Hotel Tradition and Spa. In the evening, there will be briefing and preparation. Overnight.

*07:00 - 09:00 Yoga and meditation
*09:00 Enjoy a vegetarian breakfast
*10:00 Drive to Heritage sightseeing (Pashupatinath, Boudhanath, Swoyambhunath, Patan Durbarsquire)
*17:00 - 18:00 Posture yoga and meditation, dinner and overnight
-Day 3
*06:00 Goniyore Yog ashram Nepal guide will take you to the tourist bus station
*07: 00 Drive to Pokhara (210 kilometers, six to seven hour drive). Breakfast and lunch on the way.
*15:00 Reach Pokhara. Transfer to Shivalaya Yog Retreat Ashram at Begnas Lake. Rest one hour, brief by the instructor and Goniyore Yog ashram Nepal will then take you around Begnas Lake
*17: 00 - 19:00 Brief Hatha yoga class and meditation.
*Enjoy the evening view, dinner and overnight at Shivalaya Yoga and Retreat center.
-Day 4
*Get ready at 06:00 after cleansing shawor
*06:30 - 08.30 Continue yoga and meditation class
*09:00 Breakfast
*10:00 Our Guide will take you to Begnas lake for boating and a walk
*11:00 Hike to the top of Sundari Danda (1 hour). Rest and enjoy local breakfast.
*13:00 Back to Ashram for lunch
*15:00 Drive to Davis fall peace pagoda walk around lakeside
*18:00 - 19:00 Posture yoga, om chanting and meditation. Dinner and overnight.
-Day 5
*Today there will be class of Anatomy and discuss about yoga meditation. Get ready at 06:00 after cleansing shawor
*06:30 - 08.30 Continue yoga and meditation class
*09:00 Breakfast
*10:00 Goniyore Yog ashram Nepal will take you to Begnas lake for boating and a walk
*11:00 Hike to the top of Sundari Danda (1 hour). Rest and enjoy local breakfast.
*13:00 Back to Ashram for lunch
*15:00 Walk around Begnas Lake and village
*18:00 - 19:00 Posture yoga, om chanting and meditation. Dinner and overnight.
-Day 6
*Tea or coffee
*07:30 Drive back to Kathmandu. Breakfast and lunch are provide on the way. After six to seven hours, reach Kathmandu and transfer to the Hotel Tradition and Spa. one hour Rest and ready for meditation class free time to walk Thamel Dinner overnight
