This trip will be the best for those who don't have not enough holiday but want to have experience of trekking and we provides one hour Buddhist meditation at NagiGumba, it is situated east part of Kathmandu valley, on the way there is a famous temple Budhanilkantha it is also called sleeping Vishnu one of the major God of Hindu religions. After 45 minutes driving, you will reach in Shivpuri National Park small forest with different birds, leopard, and other animals. You will take a ticket and start to walk in the jungle, on the way you can enjoy with many flora and fauna. After two hours of gently walking climb some stairs and visit Nagi Gumba, you will take 15 to 20-minute rest then, Yoga and Trek will provide you some yoga tips and Buddhist meditation with Monks then walk down continue one hour in the jungle after two hours walking, you will reach beautiful Platue Naryan Danda. The local lunch is already prepared, take a refresh to wash your hand mouth, and enjoy with lunch (Nepali rice, Fresh vegetable curry soup, and fruits). It takes around one hour. Again you will start to walk continue along the way there are many picturesque nice forests and you can see a small village with good mountain view. This walk is fantastic little difficult but you can have full enjoyment then you will reach Gagdol, then you will climb up Kopan Monastery it is beautifully situated on the hill station. You can have good view and enjoy with nice Tibetan garden. This is the tibetian school and meditation center. This monastery is for meditation many people they go and stay there for 15 days to one month. Now the tour is finished drive back and drop to your destination.
Day 1 Arrival pick up service from the airport or your destination
19:00 Evening dinner and briefing for the program if time applicable walk to Touristic City Thamel
Day 2 Early 7 a.m. in the morning ready at the lobby of the hotel, Yoga and Trek will pick you up and drive to Budhanilkantha
07:45 reach at Budhanilkantha you can some see sleeping Lord Vishnu and enjoy with a religious song
08:30 Breakfast at a small cozy restaurant
09:15 Start to walk Shivapuri entrance gate after some procedure now prepare to hike take some group photo
12:00 Climb up some stairs and reach NagiGumba. You may be tired and can take 20 minutes rest
12:20 You will do some yoga and meditation if there are monks, you can do with them together
13:30 You will walk 45 minutes then reach beautiful Platue Narayan Danda and have a lunch
15:30 Again, continue to walk. Along the way, there are many beautiful trees Salla flowers hill station and more nature, reach the last station called Jagdol this is small local market. Stay few minutes and you will be provided with a local tea then, a 10-minute drive to Kopan Monastery (visit and excursion)
16:30 Drive back to Kathmandu and drop your station. Total time consume is 9 to 10 hours. Walking total is five hours
Day 3 Morning from 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. yoga and meditation in the studio 5 to 6 PM Ayurvedic massage.
reakfast 9:15 a.m. and 10 p.m. start to drive Kathmandu Heritage site ( Pashupatinath Boudhanath Swoyambhunath sputa, Patna Dunbar Squire)
