Goniyore Yog Ashram Nepal is a studio which conducts traditional and ancient yoga and scientific way. Yoga is wholeness; through yoga, you acquire a spiritual balanced life physically, mentally, and spiritually. With practice of yoga, they guide one through shatkarma (cleansing acts), pranayama (breathing acts), mudra (gestures), dhyan (meditation), asana (posture and other yogic practices). They teach multi-style of yoga asana, curing physically and meditation for mental, ultimately having higher quality life and absolute health.
-Day 1
*06:00 Yoga
*06:30 Mantra chanting
*06:30 - 07: 30 Posture, asana (Surya Namaskar / sun salutation with mantra)
*07:30 - 08:00 Pranayama
*08:00 - 08:30 Meditation
*09:00 Yogic breakfast
*10:00 Drive to Budhanil Kantha or Lakuri Bhangyng (of your own choice)
*11:00 Arrive at hiking destination by driving
-Day 2
*08:00 Yoga and meditation, followed by 2 hours for breakfast and free time
*14:00 Lunch
*15:00 Back to your destination
*17:00 - 19:00 Meditation, then free time to go to the hotel
If you want to continue, you may ask the instructor for an extension at extra cost.
One day before the retreat, please contact the studio for complete preparation, the instructor will give you the basic yoga and tour outline.
Day 3rd
6.00 to 8.00 Am Warm up yogic excercise - Asana - Parnayama Mantra chanting
9;30 Breakfast
10 Am Heritage site visit pasupatinath temple - Boudhanath Stupa - Patan Durbar Squire ( Lunch at Patan)
4.00 Pm Back to Hotel
5.00 to 6.00 PM Singing bowl healing-- free time Dinner and Overnight
Day 4th
7 to 9 Am Yoga Asanas and pranayma chanting Mantra
10 Am Breakfast . then onward journey or drop to Airport or extension your holiday
