Each of the 11 day courses includes daily subject-specific asana and methodology sessions which will enhance both, your teaching and personal practice. Choose your own individual and favourite style of Yoga: Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Yoga therapy, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. All 100 hour courses are recognized Yoga Alliance Approved CEP courses.
The practice of yoga and meditation lets you take one day at a time and take each day as it comes, thus giving you the feel of the present moment. It does give you a break from your work routine and helps get back to it with a bounce rather than forcefully. The 100 hours yoga teacher training in Kathmandu focuses on “quality of life.” It acquaints students to the yogic way of living. Eating healthy , sleeping on time, waking up on time , connecting with the Divine and so on are just some of the simple things we tend to ignore in our everyday lives as we become too busy with other tasks.
